We had the best time! The staff were the standouts. Kind, observant, thoughtful & professional. From checkin to the buggy drivers, lifeguards & waitrons everyone was outstanding. We loved our room & appreciated the upgrade. The restaurants were also amazing & it was great having a choice of where to go. We'll definetly be back sometime!
If there was one thing I'm being picky about it would be looking at changing the breakfast buffet menu up a bit. After 5 days it would be nice to have a slight variety.

All of the facilities are great and well maintained. The staff are all nice and accomodating. Drinks are great for the all inclusive package.
I am a bit disappointed with the food for the all inclusive package. The main course of the 3 course meal are small in amount. You need to go to your rooms early because there was no activities and shows especially in the evening.

The property was very beautiful and well maintained, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at the resort and found the overall atmosphere very relaxing.
The resort has a lovely ambience and is a great place to spend quality time with family. The surroundings were peaceful, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. The staff were also welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at Sofitel Al Hamra and enjoyed the comfort and atmosphere of the resort.
The swimming pool was open only until sunset, which was around 6:30 PM. During the hot summer months, it would be much more convenient for guests if the pool timings were extended into the nighttime. Using the swimming pool during the afternoon is not very comfortable due to the high temperatures, so extended evening hours would significantly improve the guest experience.

The resort could do with a bit of tlc. It’s looking a little warn in places.
