Falta mantenimiento, canilla de la cocina no sale agua fría, solo caliente (te cagas quemando) , la ducha del baño un poco mañosa, la caliente según como la abrías salía fría. Los picaportes hay que atornillarlos. Pero recomiendo relación precio/ubicacion

A localização do imóvel é a melhor parte. Como o edifício Fadul está localizado na Avenida Saint Martins, é possível fazer muita coisa a pé. A cama é boa e a cozinha tem os utensílios principais. O apartamento é bem amplo e tinha vista para a avenida Saint Martín.
A janela do banheiro não apresenta persianas, cortinas ou algum insulfilme para impedir a visualização de quem está na rua ou em outros imóveis. Para mulheres, tomar banho pode acabar sendo constrangedor. Como fiquei 6 dias, senti falta de reposição de toalhas ou toalhas extras, já que apenas é disponibilizada uma toalha. A cozinha não conta com liquidificador. Também não há ferro de passar roupas e lavadora de roupas.

Great location and spacious apartment.
Very minimal basics (1 roll toilet paper; poor and unreliable WIFI; handles on doors to balcony were loose and falling off; no garbage cans or bags provided). They were generally responsive to questions, but completing payment was unnecessarily complicated, and they never provided trash cans or bags, despite mentioning this to them three times). Not big issues, but a bit challenging given we were only in the apartment late in the evening to early morning due to activities, so buying things like toilet paper and managing without WIFI periodically just made it more stressful than is ideal.
