Large room, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Very clean. Good kitchen lounge area. Beautiful view from dining area. 10-15 mins from central Queenstown. Josef was so kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great option for me for my 3 night stay, as it was within walking distance of the places I needed to be and the airport. Room with ensuite was a good size, very comfortable with nice view of the lake. Shared kitchen/living room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent host who was very helpful. The place was very clean.

Exceptional

A beautiful little lodge in Frankton 10 minutes walk from the bus station and local restaurants. Only 15 drive from town and there are shuttle buses to the ski hills. The rooms have panoramic views of the mountains and the lake and are very comfortable. The hot tub has a great view of the lake and is a must! The host Josef picked me up from the airport even though my flight was delayed late into the night. We chatted regularly during my stay and even went for a ski together on my last day. I can't wait to stay at Josef's little piece of paradise again soon!!

Everything else is perfect, amazing communication, good location, clean warm room. Everything.

Very Proximate to Queenstown Airport; Josef obligingly uplifted me upon arrival ~ Outstanding View over Lake and Snow clad mountain tops ...

Nice view and nice service.

The staff was very kind and nice. The place is near the airport so we were worried about noise at night. But it was totally fine. Also the room was warm and had a nice view.

Well... a bit far from the main bus station. ( We used public transportation.)

Awesome property with a great host.

Modern, warm, comfy rooms. Nice and private. The spa was awesome after a ski day. Toi Toi the dog is adorable!

Lovely welcome!! Warm bed waiting for my arrival after dinner.

Wonderful welcome from Joseph and really loved my room beautifully clean and warm. But woken up exceptionally early by talking and emptying dishwasher and washing dishes just after 6am Monday morning! Extremely difficult to find way into building in the dark could do with a solar light or something to help guests returning to the BNB after dinner. Not intended as criticism but hopefully helpful.

The view, the space, clean, massage downstairs, fully equipped kitchen, privacy, close proximity to cycle road, sufficient parking, sunny, heat pump.

One of couches in living room getting a bit old and sinking. Would be great to have a coffee decaf option or herb tea.

The splendid spa

‘I want a splendid view, best location,lovely room with en suite, great view, charming helpful host, WiFi, access to kitchen/living area, easy to find .’ I’m sure that’s what my wife would have requested if I’d troubled her to ask. But I found it for her anyways at the Splendid Spa. Amazing, save work and just book.
