Good price with nice room. Nice decoration which made us feel like on holidays. The hotel also provides drinks and snacks!

Facilities. Staff. New, clean, and well kept.
Comfort all around. AC didn't work well, which I guess is typical for Madrid. Beds were uncomfortable. The street noise was the worst part. The big windows allow all the street noise to come in. It's on a busy street, loud all through the night. Every bit of sound goes into the rooms, nothing is diffused. Our previous stay in Madrid, while also on a busy street, did not have this issue.
