The location is very convenient being near multiple station entrances, unique restaurants, and among numerous booksellers. Each room has personalized book recommendations and there's even a wall of 'birthday book' recommendations for every day of the year. The rooms are a bit compact but serve their purpose well, and I was surprised to get a room with a massage chair on this stay!
The overall cleanliness didn't seem as good as my prior stay two years ago, but the most important areas like bedclothes, touch surfaces, and the shower/sink/toilet were cleaned well.

Massage chair in he room (cool), nice reception and halls interiors made as a library
View from window facing the opposing walls was awful, no fresh air no light, basically you live in a room with no windows. An iron was denied at first, and provided only on the second day with the help of two desk girls and 30 minutes spent with us explaining and them searching for it in various locations inside and outside. No coffee and only green tea. Rather low room temperature and the old conditioner gave strange odour
