I like the washing machine inside the room. That’s one of the main reasons for staying here.
A few things: 1) they do not provide daily cleaning, you will have to pay for that. They only provide once if you stay for 7 nights. I shortened my stay with this hotel because of this. If you are traveling with a little child, I think this is a key point to consider. 2) there is no drawers or flat space to put your clothes or items, and you don’t have enough floor space to leave your luggage open. I have a twin room and it still feels very cramped.

washing machine/dryer in room. sofa in room. location not bad 10 mins from JR.
My large room only has a coffee table no normal height table which makes doing makeup difficult.

Nice location very close to the Tokyo Dome ! The stuff was really nice and the speak English also !
The room wasn’t super clean i found hair in the bathroom / and also the bed and pillows are not very comfortable.
