A wonderful and awesome experience, will definitely stay again

Everything, lovely breakfast, toiletries that was free and very helpful staff. Was also cheap to stay at this hotel

Tranquillo soggiorno a Jinbocho!

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera piccola (standard giapponesi) ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Posizione nel tranquillo quartiere di Jinbocho, vicino a due fermate metro.

Avrei gradito qualche accortezza in più nella pulizia della camera, nonostante nel complesso fosse abbastanza pulita. Il prezzo è un tantino alto visto anche la posizione.

Good location and value for money

Good location for to explore Tokyo. Very clean and good breakfast (you have choice to select 2 pastries, along with a salad and bread). Very good value for money.

Room was very small, but as we didn't spend too much time in the room, so it didn't impact our stay.

Disappointing

the staff is friendly.

the location is not great. when I just went in on the first day, the bathroom smells liked pee…I have to let the water running for a few mins before I can take my shower.. I asked the front desk for help, the explains it’s because it is running, so the bathroom smell moldy.

Nice location and staffs - Enjoyed the stay

The location is pretty good, very near (around 200m) to the Jimbocho Subway Station and there are 2 more subway stations nearby within 10 mins walk. Breakfast was nice and hotel staffs were very friendly. They helped and assisted us in many ways like getting taxi and guiding us for the locations.

nice spot

The location was great and the area had stores and shops close. the hotel was clean and quiet.

the room was tight on space. There were two of us and not much luggage so we made it work

nice stay, helpful und friendly staff

The Staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offered all sort of things like razors, coffee, facial cream and even bathing powder. They also made the effort to have shaving lotions and facial creams for men. The hotel was situated in a convenient spot and I walked to the Sky Tree Tower and the Royal Palace and the Zoo. It‘s also located near by a JR Station or Subway Line.

Breakfast was offered but the hotel had an agreement with the bakery next door so breakfast was very limited. A cup of coffee, a small salad and two pastries of your choice out of a selection of five. The room was really small and okay for one person.

Fellow bookish introverts, you will like this place (also the neighborhood of course).

I stayed here for one night. Clean and comfortable. I loved the peaceful vibe of this property. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes’ walk from the Jinbocho station, but on a quiet street.

Nothing that I can think of.

Very good

1 of the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. She came out of the hotel into the street to Help me find the way as the location was a little confusing.

The breakfast didn't have any variety.

Room booked originally was too small, so we had to upgrade on arrival. Some members of staff didn't speak good English.

Exceptional

I like how clean the room is, the bathroom was really clean as well (I am usually really picky when it comes to bathroom cleanliness and they did not disappoint) the front desk staff always greeted me with a smile which was nice! I booked with breakfast but didn't get to try it, which is my fault because I can't wake up early :)) everything was good and I have no complaints. The location was perfect for me because it was close to so many shops! Especially bookshops that I enjoyed visiting. Overall really good value, will definitely come back soon when I get the chance :)
