This delightful hotel has all you could possibly want, especially in a place like Tokyo where you can easily spend four times more. The rooms aren’t spacious but you’re not in Tokyo to stare at four walls. There’s a fridge and kettle for hot water. A tub and shower and there’s a restaurant right next door for breakfast.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
There’s nothing not to like.
Great location. Close to a subway stop. Plenty of great restaurants and far away from the noise and chaos of Shibuya or Shinjuku.

Very clean,quiet and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out.
The only thing I can think of is in one room the bath was a bit slippery but it does have a sign warning of this and it was never an issue as we exercised caution.

The hotel feels modern and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities in the room, including a TV, kettle, and fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the stay more pleasant. The area is quiet and comfortable, with many restaurants and small shops nearby, so it is easy to find food and enjoy the surroundings.
The room is still quite small, which may be uncomfortable, especially with luggage. The metro is not very close, although it is still within a reasonable distance. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor, even though it was not noticeable inside the room.
