The property was located, centrally in town. It was a five minute walk to the nearest train station. Upon entering the facility. It smelled nice, looked clean and orderly. The guest were greeted promptly quickly with kindness and openness to help. Even though check-in was at three. We are able to leave our bags so that we can go out and continue exploring Japan. The staff was extremely friendly and kind and made us feel welcome. The rooms were excellent. Christine, clean, and the air conditioning worked super well. We will be staying here again. In the future.
it did take almost 3 drying sessions to completely dry our clothes. Maybe they need to clean the lint or look into that.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops and within easy walking distance of the metro station.
The staff, especially the reception team, were incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. They were always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

We were super appreciative that we could leave our bags there while we were in Kyoto (we booked this hotel on both sides of the trip)
The staff were amazing!
The beds were very hard.

Close proximity to the station.
They clean the rooms daily if you request them to.
Please notify foreign guests that there is no cupboard.
No cleaning done the day before I left regardless of asking for cleaning daily
