J’ai apprécié le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel.
Le petit déjeuner était appréciable également.
La proximité avec une station de métro.
Ce n’est pas directement imputable à l’hôtel mais nous avions des voisins de chambre assez bruyants (discussion une grande partie de la nuit)

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They have the most fabulous amenities like a personal bath towel, shampoo, body lotions and face oils, bath salts a hairbrush and shaving kits etc. Very impressive and I loved that I could take as much as I wanted or needed. The location is the best part right next to the Garden which I would recommend spending a full day if not two days at in really close to the Tokyo Dome! There's a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart really close so it has everything you need. I really like the Chinese buffet breakfast but I would not recommend it for children who aren't used to only eating Chinese food, for example American kids would really have a hard time.
I saw how small the room was when I booked it but when you got inside it really felt small. I love that there was a large window and that made it better in the bed was super comfortable. You also couldn't really sit in the lobby it was only for business workspace.
