Ideal for us traveling with our mini-doodle. We ended our drive early- earlier check-in than most was great. Did laundry- very nice & convenient. Drove out for a superb dinner in Branson.
It wasn’t a problem for us- but it is way out in a quieter area of Branson. We appreciated that.

Not good .. same thing every day..
Toilet paper very thin. Single ply . Towels where very scratchy along with wash clothes

The staff was very polite and met all of our needs. Cleanliness during our stay was immaculate and breakfast had a good amount of options and tasted great.
The main doors to the rooms were a little sticky and the bathroom door to our second room did not stay shut.

Clean, fresh paint, new floor tile.
Exterior flooring needs resealed. The noise from the floor above was so loud we thought the occupants were having a domestic dispute and we considered calling the police. The manager failed to take appropriate action and assumed a couple of phone calls was enough to resolve it. No follow up occurred and their solution was to offer a discount on our next visit if we were to remind them of the situation. Management needs to receive training on how to deal with disruptive guests, how to de-escalate such situations, and when to involve the police. Ignoring the problem does nothing to improve the situation. It is better to evict the offending party than to tolerate them and lose future customers, and receive a review such as this.
