good communication with the owner. room was tidy and cozy. bathroom had all what was needed, all at reasonable price
water supply got cut off on our last day for few hours. it was caused my city water company, not by fault of property owner.

Well equipped apartment with very nice staff.
Little touches like soap and shower gel, bottle of water and wine in room on arrival.
The apartment felt like recently modernised and had a fridge, microwave, cooker, kettle and mugs, glasses, cutlery etc.
All in all, very nice apartment.
The location is difficult to get to on foot, at the top of very long set of steps, we were told 400 steps which we could believe.
If you drive, it is very narrow hilly roads with limited parking.

The Terrace, Washing facilities,
The smell from the ventilation coming from someone else´s kithchen into our bathroom was horrible, both from food and smoke.
The acess was not the easiest, either you have to climb the stairs 359 steps, go by taxi or walk quite a bit to the bus.
