staff very friendly and helpful, towel for the swimming pool and beach, beautiful pool area, clean room, good size bathroom, good location

room a bit small, I could hear noise from people outside, pillows not comfy

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. Good enough hotel for 2 nights.

The pool closes at 8 which feels super early, the parking lot isn't secure although they have cameras it would be better if it was enclosed or if there was security. I thought it was more into the jungle to see animals but it's right off the main street. I have stayed at a different hotel in Manuel Antonio where there was a sloth and monkeys on property.

I chose this hotel based on the great reviews from other guests, and it definitely lived up to the expectations. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue in Manuel Antonio and also near restaurants with beautiful sunset views. The hotel has comfortable accommodations and a nice pool, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing missing was a chair or a sofa inside the room, there was enough space for it, and we definitely missed having one.

The room was clean and the location was closr to everything

We arrived very tired and just wanted to take a quick shower before going out to eat. The employee at check-in was friendly, but unfortunately very careless. She did not mention that there was an issue with the hot water, so we ended up taking a very uncomfortable shower with cold water and low pressure. I left the shower feeling cold and then discovered that the hair dryer wasn’t working. Later she provided another one, but by then we no longer needed it. She also took my card and started writing something down without explaining what she was doing, which made me feel worried and uncomfortable about possible misuse. We were told we could use the pool, that Netflix was available, and that breakfast starts at 6:30. But this was too late for us — all the recommendations say to be at the National Park by around 7:00. So we couldn’t benefit from the breakfast anyway. Guys, please reconsider the customer journey and the actual experience. What guests really want is just: a comfy bed a good shower Anyone coming to Costa Rica would prefer to swim in the beach rather than the pool, and would prefer to spend the day outside and come back to sleep after a proper shower, instead of watching Netflix. Please provide the essentials first — then think about additional features
