I liked Marina in general. As for the serviced apartment we booked in, I liked how responsive the staff were. I also liked the how keen and friendly the house cleaning was. Generally, I found the staff overall doing very well throughout the whole facility. They were many and cooperative.
I didnt like the apartment. It was nothing like the photos displayed while booking. We were first given apartment 313. It was horrible. The furniture was old and worn out and the room was stuffy and smelled like cigarettes. We called the reception asking for another apartement. We were given apartment number 529. It was in a much better shape than the 313 and we stayed there. Howevver still not like what;s shown in the photos.

The location and appartement very clean and house keeping Ahmed highly collaborative and supportive and daily clean my apartment very proper

location and staff are friendly
It was a very bad experience; it was not clean at all. One of the ACs are not working properly. Bathrooms are not clean; towels are not available. all in all, it was a horrible experience
