La vue, le calme de la résidence et les deux salles de bain.
Accès à la résidence très pentu, si pas de places pour se garer à proximité il faut pas mal faire forcer les mollets 😅

La terrasse et la vue étaient magnifiques !
Pas très pratique quand on a une poussette avec tous les ascenseurs et les escaliers…
Et surtout quand on réserve ça n’est indiquer nulle part qu’il y a autant d’étages

Grosszügige Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung...
Mit dem Auto ist das Appartement gut zu erreichen und es hat in der Umgebung Parkplätze.
Eine super Aussicht vom Balkon aus erwartet den Besucher.
Im Januar und Februar gibt es nur 2 Stunden Sonne auf dem Balkon und es ist auf dem Balkon recht windig.
Im Innenbereich hatte es keinen Esstisch! Es musste entweder auf einem kleinen Clubtisch oder draussen auf der windigen Terrasse gegessen werden.? Falls das Wetter es zulässt....
Für Langzeiturlauber, die regelmässig im Appartement essen möchten, ist dies insbesondere in den Monaten Januar und Februar nicht optimal.
Die Wohnung wird über zwei Fahrstühle und Treppen erreicht....
