Generally good but with a few niggles

Very close to the city centre. Generally very well equipped. Free secure parking for a stay of two days or more

The ticket for the car park was supposed to be in the apartment when we arrived but was not - so we had to contact the owner and wait for him to bring it round while we were parked illegally. The parking is useful, but it is advertised as on site and this is not correct. The parking is at the station (about 4-5 minutes away, but a longer drive due to the one-way system). The kitchen bin was still full of previous guests' rubbish when we arrived. The water was not flowing out of the sink or shower properly in the bathroom (however, when reported to the owner, he said he would dealt with it)

Great for a short stay in Rouen.

Small & cosy. Easy to get into. Very comfortable bed & pillows. We were there for 2 nights. It’s reasonable quiet and near the railway (7 min walk).

It’s on the 2nd floor with narrow steep stairs so just a little bit of work with heavy luggage. Could have been a bit cleaner & is a little shabbier than it looks in photos.

Chambre et salle de bain sont confortables même si les photos donnent l’impression d’un logement beaucoup plus grand. Grand lit confortable.

L’accès au logement avec bagages n’est pas très facile car l’escalier est étroit. La carte pour le parking Amiens 2 n’a pas fonctionné.

L’emplacement

Le logement était plein de poussière, le ventilateur noir était devenu gris et la poussière était présente un peu partout. Les explications pour la serrure de la porte n’était pas complètes. J’ai galéré et il a fallu appeler. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, tout du moins il n’était pas accessible par le QRCODE fourni
