Everything!
The washing cycle takes 3 hours – and even after that, your clothes come out soaking wet. You then have to manually run the spin cycle, only to still find your laundry dripping with water. On top of that, the machine doesn't dissolve washing capsules – not Ariel, not any other brand. I even had a cleaning specialist come and show me what to do, but the results were exactly the same.
In the photo you can see that after a full 3-hour wash, the capsule was still intact. Unbelievable.
We called a repairman, but there was zero improvement. By the time we got back in the evening and the cycle finished, it was already 3–4 AM. So picture this: after waiting 3 hours, you have to run the spin cycle separately, then wash everything by hand in the sink, pick out the undissolved capsule, and wring out your clothes manually. Completely impractical and exhausting.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the machine is tucked inside a plastic box, so you have to jump up and bend over just to fish your clothes out of the drum. Awkward and uncomfortable.
This is in Room 600. Save yourself the headache – don't use this machine.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Village Height. The two-bedroom self-catering apartment suited our family perfectly, especially as we were travelling with a fussy teenager. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and cosy, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The pool area was lovely and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. There was also a great variety of supermarkets, restaurants and beach bars all within 2-5min walking distance, which was so convenient. Our water sports / excursions were either walkable or just a short taxi ride away, usually costing under €8.
Cris (host) was fantastic 💛 - kept in touch with us throughout via WhatsApp and provided very clear and easy to follow check in and check out instructions, making everything completely hassle-free.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this accommodation🙌🏽👌

Fantastic views and pool area. Comfortable beds and full kitchen amenities.
The fans in the apartment were not fully functional and the corridors leading to the apartment were not clean.
