I love staying at Moxy hotels! The vibe is always pleasant and fun. The welcome drink is a nice touch! I brought my service dog and the staff were even kind to him.
My bed was not the best. One, there was a long black hair and a short red hair on the comforter upon arrival and it was not mine...ewww.... Two, the bed had a dip in the middle so it was a little uncomfortable. Our bathroom also had a leak, but we could not figure out where it was coming from.

Location.
Paid extra for 1pm check out only to be woken early by the cleaner twice knocking on the door followed by the manager also knocking on! Clearly don’t communicate to each other.
