الفندق عبارة عن شقق فندقية الموقع ممتاز كل شي قريب منك كوفيهات مطاعم تسوق ، الاستقبال كانوا وايد لطيفين وخدومين ، الباركنج تحت الفندق ويوصلك للغرفة باللفت ، الفطور لذيذ وكان علية عرض ب 10 يورو للشخص ، ريحة الفندق بخور وطيب 😊 ويحطون فالة في الاستقبال حلويات وقهوة عربية ، الغرفة كبيرة وشرحة وحجزي كان غرفة نوم وصالة ومطبخ والاهم يوجد شطاف

Die Größe der Apartments ist toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und alle Angestellten äußerst freundlich.

Ganz kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag... Der Toilettensitz hatte keine Absenkautomatik. Dies ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber in einem Apartment dieser Preisklasse setze ich eine Absenkautomatik voraus.

Luxe, schoon, parkeergelegenheid en de grootte.

De verwarming is centraal geregeld, ondanks de thermostaat op de kamer. Voor ons was het op de slaapkamer veel te warm.

We werden voor ons verblijf en tijdens ons verblijf echt super vriendelijk en goed geholpen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en geen één vraag was te veel. De kamer was heel netjes en heel fijn, het personeel is super vriendelijk, het ontbijt is heerlijk en het privé parkeren is ook echt fijn! De kerstmarkten en winkelstraten waren allemaal goed op loopafstand! We hebben echt genoten en waren blij dat we voor dit verblijf hadden gekozen.

Prachtig nieuw en schoon appartement. Heerlijke bedden en douches.

- Direkter zum Beginn der Fußgängerzone/Einkaufspassage. - Gute Sicherung des Gebäudes, alle Zutrittstüren, Lift, Gangverbindungen können nur mit Zimmerkarte geöffnet werden. - Schalldichte Fenster, kein Straßenlärm wahrnehmbar. - Zimmer modern und geräumig, hochwertige Materialien. - Zwei unterschiedlich große Kissen für jedes Bett. - Frühstücksauswahl ausgewählt und teils mediterran, mal was anderes.

- Bad ist etwas klein und leider nach kurzer Zeit schon Verfärbungen an Silikonfugen, usw. erkennbar. Hier sollte gründlicher gereinigt werden. - Beleuchtung im Bad unzureichend, insbesondere im Bereich des Spiegels. - Die Dame beim Check-Out. Unfreundlich, wirkte genervt und überfordert. Dazu ein schwarzer Nike Pullover und eine Sportleggings, sollten nicht das Outfit eines Rezeptionsmitarbeiters in einem gehobenen Haus sein. Letztlich verlangte diese noch extra Kosten für das Frühstück, obwohl uns beim Check-In gesagt wurde, dass dieses inbegriffen ist. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Vom Feinsten! Top Personal, Top Lage Nähe Flughafen und Nähe Altstadt, das Appartement schick/neu/ hervorragend ausgestattet/ traumhafte Betten, schön ruhig. Die Schokolade aus Dubai am Empfang für Kunden war mega lecker!

Es gibt, obwohl ansonsten an alles gedacht wurde, keinen Schminkspiegel.

The check-in guidelines were unclear, and the check-out time was not stated, and the check-out time was very early, at 11 o'clock. A little later, they called to inquire.

Everything and management was perfect

Nothing , only parking spot are limited, but there a Q-parking next to it so don't worry

No gymnasium

It’s a great location right in the heart of “Little Tokyo” and the old city centre. It’s close to the Central railway so day trips to Cologne and other adjacent cities very accessible. Breakfasts were great and a wide choice considering that it’s not a hotel . Great laundry facilities free of charge as well as kitchenette facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Manager Ian.

When we arrived and partly unpacked we experienced issues with shower flooding and air conditioning. When the manager was advised and despite that it was a Sunday evening he (Ian) arranged for us to move to another room which was an upgrade as well as providing complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay. It was all handled professionally and without fuss.

This is one of the most comfortable apartment/hotels I have every stayed at. I love the concept of a full kitchenette and an attached living room with full couch and television area. It truly is like having a small apartment for the cost of a regular hotel room.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. There was a beautiful array of chocolates, fruit and drinks to help yourself to in the lobby.

We couldn’t adjust the air conditioning. It was very feeble and didn’t really cool the room properly.
