Very welcoming and so helpful with everything all the staff were brilliant and a special shout out for Halit , he could not have done any more to make it special.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The spa bathtub was very relaxing and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Halid helped me with a ton of things including an early check in, a hot air balloon ride, spa appointment as well as an airport shuttle.
There is no air conditioning in the room, a sign to turn down the heaters would have helped me a lot but the bed was comfortable regardless.

Great location.
We returned from the town and went to bed. The bed sheets were dirty and looked like they had been slept on. We waited 40 minutes while the hotel employee changed it. The room has a dehumidifier running around the clock due to the high humidity. It was terribly hot and noisy. We asked to turn it off, but we were refused. Didn't sleep all night.
