La gentilezza della receptionist, purtroppo da l'ultima volta che ero andata,prima del covid sono sincera...Ho visto un cambiamento ma in peggio, stanno rallentando tutto ma offrendo un servizio minore rispetto a ciò che davano prima.peccato avevo un bellissimo ricordo della loro spa, e del loro ristorante.
La spa poco curata e non é cambiato nulla negli anni.il ristorante chiuso, e la povera receptionist che doveva farsi in quattro per fare tutto.nulla da dire a lei perché é proprio grazie a lei se si é salvato il nostro soggiorno.

The spa and the room perfect
Ther was not any restaurant open because of an 18year birthday party. And hard to get service to the pool, not possible to book massage. Because I think tit was because lack of staff
