The location, the fully equipped house. It had everything needed kitchen wise to be fully self catering.
An assumption guests know how to turn heating on. With no detailed instructions, we froze. We are an older group of women who have no experience of any heating systems & I’m sure there was a simple explanation but all in folder was 8cm high folder of out of date menus. I wasted so much time contacting Sykes Cottages and Booking.com who tried to contact the host to no avail.

Nice property well furnished and clean.
Owner supplied local butter ,cheese ,and milk.
Lovely rooms.
Good electric heating.
All essentials supplied eg towels ,etc.
Living room was a nice sun trap looking onto back garden.
Upstairs living room and bedroom was next to toilet
Parking was on the street .
