Fantastic location, arrived by George Water Taxi from Corfu town so much faster than a road taxi, and so close to walk to the apartment- the accommodation has everything you need with a lovely garden. Exceptional location as its seconds from the quayside and the shops and tavernas. Comfy beds, really big fridge. A bit dated but really good value for money.
Asked to arrive 1/2 hour early as had an important event in San Stefanos at 4.30pm and needed to change and stood on the door step for 1.5 hours waiting as the key wasn’t in the key box, despite being told it would be there many times by the agent by email in advance. Eventually the key was found as the cleaner put it under the doormat but hadn’t told anyone so really wasted time and could have got in on time as the key was there all the time. Inefficient. Also couldn’t use the internet outside the door while waiting so long as despite being sent full code, it had actually changed the year before but agents didn’t check details so passed on wrong information - inefficient.
Kitchen is quite sparse, no kitchen scissors! Also have to buy EVERYTHING incl salt and pepper etc which is a real bore. As I run my own holiday accommodation in uk we always leave basics: washing up liquid, bin bags, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea and sugar.

Sauber, einfache Einrichtung, aber gut! In den etwas kälteren Monaten etwas kalt, da es im Erdgeschoss eines alten Steinhauses liegt. Die AC verfügt aber über ein Heizung. Schöne großer Balkon/Terrasse nach hinten raus!
Die Armaturen im Bad waren ein bisschen alt und könnten einmal ausgewechselt werden.

The location was brilliant, right next to the sea and the restaurants but still quiet
The pictures of the apartment in the listing are clearly very old and the decor etc is now very tired and dated. Some items such as the parasol for the garden were missing, something quite important in 35 degree heat. The garden was not well kept and could do with a make over.
There were no items left in the apartment that would have made the first few days of a stay more welcoming and easier ie no water or milk in the fridge, no basic tea or coffee supplies, no other kitchen supplies such as a small amount of oil, salt, foil etc and no washing up liquid or washing machine powder or even any soap for the bathroom. Especially when arriving very late after the shops have shut, these small extras would have made a big difference.
The beds were also not very comfortable and there were numerous long hairs on the sheets. The bathroom shower curtain was passed its best and the bathroom tiles and shower screen had black mould at the edges. I would expect a little more for the money to be honest
