The property slightly old and doesn't have windows. It can be cleaner. The staff are polite and helpful.

Good location, but outside the town by about 15-20 minute walk. Traffic was very bad at certain times, so tuk journeys were slow.
Room was very quiet. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
No window in the room, but that did mean no mosquitos.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood away from noise of the main city. The staff at the hotel were pleasant, nice and answered any questions I had.
The room was not very clean. The toilet seat was broken. The towels and bed linen had a lot of stains on it. The hotel staff took care of the issue once I brought it to their attention.
