On the positive side, the location is excellent. The apartment is very spacious and has a lot of potential — it could look amazing if it were better maintained and furnished. It is very close to a supermarket and public transportation, as well as the river and its promenade. The apartment overlooks an inner courtyard with plenty of greenery, which made it quieter and more pleasant.
There was a TV in the living room/kitchen area with internet access and streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube.
The internet connection worked very well throughout our stay.
There was always hot water available, regardless of the time of day.
The electric stovetop was very good and efficient and the bed linen and towels were very clean.
The quiet hours were also respected, which we appreciated.
Overall, the apartment has an excellent location, plenty of space, and a lot of potential. However, it needs significantly more attention to cleanliness, maintenance and basic amenities. With some improvements and better upkeep, it could be a really lovely place to stay.
We arrived quite late in the evening, and getting into the apartment was rather difficult.
The stairway was completely dark ( couldn't find where to turn on the light) and it took us a while to find the key, which was kept in a combination lock attached to the stair railing on the floor. At that point, it honestly felt a bit like a treasure hunt, especially after arriving late and with our luggage.
The building does have an elevator, although we did not use it, so we cannot comment on whether it was functional. The apartment is located on the second floor.
The apartment needs more care and maintenance. For example, the kitchen door does not close properly and there were big spiders in several areas of the apartment. We had to remove a few spiders before going to bed, which was particularly concerning for me as I am allergic to them.
There were no TVs in the bedrooms.
We were also disappointed by the lack of some basic amenities. The kitchen was equipped with dishes and a dishwasher, but we did not find some of the simple essentials that would have made us feel more welcome upon arrival. There was also no microwave or coffee maker.
There was no kitchen roll or toilet paper provided (we bought the next day), which we consider essential for any accommodation. There was also no dish rack or suitable place to put washed dishes.
The sound insulation could be improved. From around 7 a.m., we could hear the neighbours very clearly, including conversations and arguments, as well as their dog barking.

La ubicación es muy buena y el piso no da al puente/carretera de en frente sino al jardin por lo que es muy silencioso. El piso es muy amplio, las camas eran muy comodas y en general lo recomiendo mucho.
No se nos avisó que hay ascensor, tuvimos que subir maletas grandes por las escaleras. Tampoco es intuitivo el baño, no se veia que habia un armario con cosas hasta que ya compramos todo por nuestra cuenta... incluso el papel higienico. Necesario dar mejores instrucciones.

Πρώτη φορά βλέπω διαμέρισμα χωρίς βασικά πράγματα όπως μαχαιροπήρουνα, χαρτί κουζίνας . Δεν μου έχει συμβεί ξανά τόσα χρόνια που ταξιδεύω
