The house is in a quiet, yet central locations within a short walk to several supermarkets and restaurants. Also Colliers Wood Northern Line Tube is around 10 minutes away. The house has comfortable beds and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and with loads of utensils available. It also has a small garden with chairs and table.
The house can be a little hard to find. But if you follow the postcode of the neighbour that takes you where you can park or be dropped off by a taxi, then turn right on Church Road and walk along a fence and then you see no 367 in silver numbers on the fence, then you walk down that small alley and then the house is on your right. Nighttime the garden is well lit up and easy to enter the house. Ample parking on Hogarth Road.

The property had everything we needed plus parking. Quiet, residential area but close to transport access, shops and the wonderful Merton Abbey Mills. It was perfect for four of us to celebrate a birthday. . The communication with the host was great. We would definitely recommend and will be booking again.

Nice comfy living room and bedroom, plenty of gadgets in the kitchen.
Excellent to see a place provide good quality coffee rather than the usual instant rubbish.
Bathroom in desperate need of modernisation.
The stairwell also needed a proper clean.
Although the general area was nice, access to the house itself was down a dark alley which didn't feel safe at night and the garden needed tidying up.
