Great location in the city centre, easy access to shops. Clean facilities, and sufficient kitchen appliances were provided. Check in was easy and straightforward.

Having a sofa in the lounge area would have been useful.

Our first night the property was not ready for us, we were offered two poorly rated alternatives (5.7 and 5.8 in Booking.com), we finally came to an arrangement. On the second night we arrive to find out the accommodation had no note of us staying there. Let me clarify the student accommodation staff are separate to Guest 365 who organise this accommodation. Guest 365 have been terrible. The rooms are generally clean however for a 10 night stay we were given a 20ml shampoo and shower gel bottle and a tiny bar of soap, one set of bed linen, and 2 bathing towels and one small handle towel. There are no hangers in the wardrobe so it’s pointless having one. No iron or ironing board. The day prior to check out I was sent an email informing me I was required to take the bins out (never been shown where to take them), on enquiring about why I paid £60 cleaning fee per room when they were expecting me to do most of it, I was informed this was for the cleaning of the room prior to me arriving as well as the toiletries (as stated above), bed linen and towels. All in all it is not well thought out, the customer service from Guest365 is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend.

The location was ideal and the apartment was new and in good working order. The level of security was good although not all the security doors worked

As the property was new there was a lot of building dust around and it appeared only superficially clean. Room was 6 floors up and very warm but couldn’t have the windows opened due to the noise. All my perishable food was removed 2 days after I bought it and was basically informed it was due to sharing a kitchen when there was no warnings about food going I paid a lot of money for this accommodation I’m fact I paid £600 more than a fellow volunteer at the commonwealth games for the same accommodation.

it was in a convenient location and was clean.

The room I had been allocated had not been serviced, second room was not en-suite as requested, no toiletries pack - had to wait 2 days for this so had to buy toilet paper and wash items myself. very noisy both in the building and outside. people in the seating area at bottom of the apt block we’re talking, laughing and playing music till the early hours but security did not ask them to leave until very late so was hard to sleep. no remote for the tv so couldn’t use it!
