The staffs were excellent. They were very supportive in solving any issues.
We took two rooms. In one of the rooms there were no ventilation. The exhaust fan inside the room did not work and there were nothing to keep the window open. We had to use our own luggage to keep the window open. And in the other room the toilet condition was not very good. It was bit dirty.

Location was excellent, Lorraine was very helpful.
There wasn’t any noticeable ventilation in the property. The window did not open, and the room got very hot quite quickly. Also the bathroom light did not work.
