Heel centraal gelegen, parkeren en veel bezienswaardigheden binnen 8 min. loopafstand.
Eigen opgang, d.w.z. toegangsdeur aan de zijkant van het pand.
Uitzicht op de straat, levendig, veel horeca in de omgeving.
Geen ontbijt bij te boeken, er zijn voldoende eetgelegenheden in de directe omgeving.
Nachtelijke geluiden op straat, die horen bij een stad. Hou daar rekening mee.
De trappen in het pand kunnen een probleem zijn als je slecht ter been bent.

Gewoon relaxte kamer alleen de afstandbediening van de tv was onvindbaar maar voor een nachtje is dit prima
Afstandsbediening niet te vinden op de kamer veder steker van de koelkast was eruit gehaald enige 2 punten die ik wil benoemen

Het was heel compact, alles was nieuw schoon en super goed onderhouden!
Het kon wel iets warmer worden maar gelukkig was er een ventilator aanwezig!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and overall I felt it offered good value for the price. The room itself was large, with a very comfortable bed, and the location was excellent for exploring the heart of Nijmegen. Check-in was also a nice experience, taking place at the Lower Stevens Café, where the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The private bathroom was modern. It is located separately from the main room, past other doors, which made privacy a bit scarce, though this was clearly communicated before our stay, so it wasn't an unexpected issue.
The room was clean, although it was clear that the property had seen some age. There were a few areas where small touch-ups or maintenance could improve the overall appearance.
The main drawbacks were related to the room's location and light control. The windows were quite thin, meaning that noise from Nijmegen's nightlife could be heard from the room. The blinds were also fairly thin and didn't do much to block out the light.
