This property is ridiculously spacious in the bedrooms and bathrooms - which is hard to find in Europe. The kitchen was smaller but it had everything we needed, stocked and ready to go. The location is 1000/10! You're half a block from the colosseum which is incredible both day and night.

This apartment is a great find and was perfect for our family of 4. The two bedroom set up was spacious - both with en-suite bathroom. Each area has a fully functioning AC unit, essential in the summer heat, and the laundry was a bonus that we were very happy to have access to. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and well appointed.
The location is incredible as the apartment is a few steps away from the Colosseum and the Metro. There are coffee bars at the end of the street, and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Linda was a delight and communicated well before and throughout our stay. She helped with booking transportation to and from the airport, and was quick to respond to any questions.
We will definitely try to book this apartment again if we go back to Rome, and will recommend to friends!

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. It was equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made our stay easy, convenient, and completely stress-free. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
Linda is a truly wonderful host—kind, caring, and incredibly helpful. She regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her communication was excellent throughout our stay, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely book with Linda again in the future!
