The lobby area was beautiful and the location was great.
Our room was okay the air conditioner was leaking water they did send someone to fix it. The towels were old and rough. Parts of the ceiling was stained and plaster was missing.

I love old historic hotels and this was no disappointment. Yes, it is a little rough around the edges but it is an old hotel and in pretty good shape for it's age. The A/C in our room worked really well and the ceiling fans were a nice touch.
There are a lot of little maintenance details which could easily be handled: little paint here, a little attention there.

3rd floor suite, no fresh towels after 1st day, no bottled water in room after 1sy day, very uncomfortable furniture in suite
