Perfect. Exceeded expectations. If we head back to Nantucket, we'll try to book again.

Great location. Quiet and away from town center but close to free shuttle and walking distance to beach. House was charming, comfortable and cute as can be. Host was responsive and available but never had to meet face to face.

1957 vacation rental.

Clean, comfortable, historical home. 1 mile to madaket beach. Prompt attention from guest services. We had an awesome time in Nantucket.

There's a strong smell from the laundry room. Probably from stacks of firewood stored there. We learned to keep that door closed at all times. Provide a microwave cover please! Food splatters and makes a mess.

Classic cozy relaxation at The 1957 House.

We loved every minute at The 1957 House. It was quiet, comfortable and classic. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A quaint home filled with warmth, comfort, and ease. It’s cozy, accessible, and full of books!

We loved the proximity of the property to the Wave Bus transportation, which has been free over the last couple of years for travel around the island. It was a 2-minute walk to the bus and a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, which was absolutely serene!!! Patrick, our local host was an exceptional communicator and responsive to about needs.

There wasn’t a thing I disliked about the property :)
