It's an amazing apartment which exceeded our expectations by far. It's very spacious, clean, and well maintained.
Every room is individually air conditioned and the internet connection is blazing fast (perfect for our work trip).
Initially, I was a bit afraid about the subway (which you can hear and feel), but, as promised by previous reviews, this was no issue at all and after the second day we didn't even notice it anymore.
The hosts were a bit too attentive; contacting us each day to check on us on multiple platforms. This felt almost like spam.

Häufige Nachfrage vom Gastgeber (nicht aufdringlich), ob alles ok ist oder wir Hilfe/Unterstützung brauchen per WhatsApp. Die Anweisungen (Check-In, Fahrstuhlnutzung, Müllentsorgung, Chcek-Out uvm.) waren sehr hilfreich und sehr gut gegliedert und strukturiert. Ich wünschte, man hätte das in jeder Unterkunft.
Die Lage war perfekt: direkt an der U-Bahn, Restaurants (Meu Brasil III haben wir sehr genossen) und Supermärkte (wir waren immer im sehr gut sortierten Continente) sind ganz in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar.
Mir fällt nichts ein.

Location excellent, apartment very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything. Loved sitting in the sunshine in the living room having the doors open on the balcony every morning. Great supermarkets round the corner. Stayed 6 nights and never ate in. But very much could have. Airport 10 mins away. Metro 2mins walk but we used Uber everywhere. Plenty of space to store everything. 2 bathrooms were useful. Beds were comfortable too.
Leaning out the window to peg our washing out! But that didn't matter because there was an exceptionally large drying rack! More coat hangers in the bedroom.
