We commend the team for delivering an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness throughout the property was more than satisfactory, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
What truly stood out was the extraordinary hospitality of the staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely welcomed, turning a simple trip into a memorable one. A particular highlight was the room service breakfast, which was thoughtfully prepared with abundant options – a loving touch that added a personal flair.
The hotel itself is beyond reproach; every aspect of their operation deserves high praise. The only minor note is the occasional stained towel, which could benefit from closer attention during laundry checks – though this was rare and did not detract from the overall excellence.
Outside the hotel grounds, the surrounding streets appeared quite dirty, with a noticeable lack of discipline in waste management, including burning trash near the beach. An environmental tax is levied upon entering the area, which feels somewhat ironic given these issues. That said, these are external factors entirely beyond the hotel’s control, and they do nothing to diminish the outstanding work of the dedicated team here.
