Right on the beach with good restaurant right there and plenty of Watersports (PADI and SSI dive centers)
Would be good to have a fridge in the room… AC was a bit too cold

A simple room in a fantastic location, right on the beach. What a treat to wake up and be just 20 metres from the water for a morning dip!
Fresh juice, food, and drinks are available right at your doorstep, and you can have an umbrella and sun loungers reserved for you if desired. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, offering wonderful Sri Lankan hospitality.

A standard room with a bathroom.
Nice little seating area outside with a hammock in view along with the beach - a very short walk.
You are directly in a very lively area surrounded by restaurants and a bar outside and a hub that you can go book all your activities.
It is definitely a place for people who are very social as it has that backpacking vibe to it, and or for people who likes the beach with music and an atmosphere. It was a very busy area and the night life was the busiest we've seen.
We were glad we only had one night - not our vibe.
Staff were nice though can't fault them for anything.
Noise.
Small bed for 2 people.
Only one tiny sheet to share - no blanket or quilt if cold.
Very expensive for one night. It was the most expensive place we stayed at. Guess you are paying for location?
No fridge in room.
