Great location, easy to drive around and access stores and restaurants, it’s quite and very nice, the property owner ver

It’s safe and easy to use the pool access gate for the kids to swim, and it’s a great view and in a spot to do activities around town

Great location - dirty condo.

The location was great!

The condo needs deep cleaning and maintenance. Sheets and pillows were stained. We slept on top the covers and bought our own blanket. Had to wear shoes or feet would be filthy. Sink spout was broke along with fake drawer below kitchen sink and the whole place smelled of mold/mildew. It was not cool when we got there temp was 78. We had to call the host when we arrived because we weren’t listed to gain entrance past the security guards. He was quick to assist and courteous.

Gross, run down, and host was rude

Besides the fact that it was close to the venue of my daughters competition and the pool nothing.

Where to begin: the owner Richard was the rudest and most condescending host I have ever experienced the aggressive notes posted around the house were almost done in a threatening manner that you will pay for all these things if anything is done wrong. The place is an absolute dump. They send you paragraphs of information of things you can’t do however send no info in those paragraphs about things you need to know like how to properly unlock and lock the door. Connect to WiFi. Use the remotes etc To everything is old and barely holding together the living room furniture stinks and is smashed down so much you can almost feel the base through the cushions. . The coffee table is unstable and ready to fall apartt. It STINKS like mold and mildew so much my clothes stuck when I opened my suitcase at home. Appliances are about 25-30 years old. Door to patio won’t stay shut and once you lock it takes takes tricks to get it open. Bedding is old and worn. Bad boards and bathroom filthy. No emails or calls returned as the actual sisnt work from day one so it was 80 and no air the entire time. I had to buy batteries for the remote controls as well. AND I was informed a realtor was showing the property WHILE we were staying so we made sure things were tidy and they never showed … the whole thing was awful

Location was good. Kitchen had all the gadgets.

Dryer did not work so we had wet clothes. Furniture is very dated in living room seat cushions 😞 Beds were very noisy. One could not remotely be intimate in the bed. Creaks and cracks just rolling over. Kids conplained of beds in thier room as well. There was not an extra roll of tissue. Toilet ran all night. No extra blankets.pillows were super flat. No extra towels.... we had seven people and had to share.
