Our stay was more than exceptional. Everything was beautiful, clean and like home. We really enjoyed the balcony and having a garage to use. We also discussed bringing the family back next summer so they could experience it too. They even have up to 3 bedroom apartments. Just overall was amazing.
Our king size bed hurt my back pretty bad but was clean and blankets and sheets were exceptional.

This is honestly my favorite place to stay in Breck! I’ve stayed here more than once and it’s one of those places I’m always happy to come back to. The staff is so genuinely kind and helpful, the location is amazing, and the views are absolutely beautiful.
I also love that there are options for everyone — whether you’re traveling with a family or a group, or just need a smaller apartment for yourself. Having a kitchen and the ability to actually cook during your stay is such a nice bonus and makes it feel so much more comfortable and homey.
And the hot tub is the perfect way to end a day in Breck! It really has everything I look for in a stay, and I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else when I’m in town.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful with needed information. Room was spacious and clean and had everything as listed. Late check in was easy.
The first night was fine however on the second night, a couple with a pet was placed in the unit above me, and I could hear every single movement. I kept waking up throughout the night due to the noise. Starting around 4:30 am it got even worse loud furniture moving, drawers being opened and closed repeatedly. I’m not a light sleeper, but it was extremely disruptive. I really value my sleep quality, and this made it very difficult to rest. (It seemed as other units were empty so being placed strategically would be appreciated.)
