Location was perfect only a 5 minute walk from Bayside marketplace where bus tours and boat tours leave. A nice surprise was that they gave you two vouchers for the house beer (was very good) to use during your stay. Nice pool, washer/ dryer was useful. No microwave in the full kitchen.

Brilliant hotel - staff brilliant - we had to store a lot of luggae before checking -in and they really helped with this. Would have liked to stay here longer - great location.
The free drinks could only be used for their own beer - we had kids and it would have been nice for them to get a soft drink.

The cleanliness and modern feel. Complimentary drinks. Easy check in. Nice location for walking around. Lots of food spots and shopping.
No microwave. The breakfast was decent, but not worth the price. No hotel Parking available, only garages across the street which was too expensive, so we chose the open parking lot a half block adjacent to the hotel for 25$/night instead of 50$/night.

I wasn’t expecting the beds to be in the wall!!! Had to go back to reception to check where they were. Someone was sent straight away to show us how to access the beds. One bed, when pulled out, was over the sofa so, unless you messed around putting the beds up and down, there was no seating area. At no stage, during the booking process, confirmation or check in was I made aware of the bed situation. Had I been told I would never have booked. Not for me.
