Everything, the customer service staff were above and beyond starting with valet parking team and Isabella in the front desk. Just amazing
Everything, my room was clean, have everything that I need for my stay and the view is just a breathtaking. Ah the security of the building is the most, they make sure no one who does not has access to your floor can’t get into your floor

Everything, no complaints. But the best was the sunset and rise u could lay in bed and see how beautiful it was. Loved the washer and dryer. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and different things.

Beautiful common areas, pool and room, great location and proximity to many food, entertainment and shopping
The elevators took a very long time and caused us to be 30 minutes late to a dinner reservation. Our room was not ready for checkin at 4pm so we lost pool time the first day. Also, there was no full length mirror in the 3-bedroom room. Between 6 women, no full length mirror was a bummer. Miami is a city filled with outings, dinners and other events and people prefer checking their look in their hotel room. There are many wall areas for a mirror, I highly recommend this change

It has all you need if you are travelling for a while and want to do laundry
Wasn’t all that fond of the service. One of the guys on front desk (who could be duty manager) is not in the slightest welcoming nor warm. The concierge desk in centre of lobby needs to be reminded what their role actually is because they couldn’t distinguish the difference of express checking vs. full check in.
