Being close to the beach and town
No privacy. Street and beach very busy. Close to public access so pedestrians constantly walking back and forth along the pathway nearby. I didn’t like that the condos were so close and loud. The wall along the back deck should be extended for more privacy to block off view from condos. The furniture in house and patio furniture needs to be cleaned/updated. Many stains. Felt unsanitary. Walls and doors could use cleaning. A lot of trash in driveway and walkway to the beach. We were locked out upon arriving for over 30 minutes. Staff was very quick and helpful at getting that resolved but it would’ve been nice to not have to deal with that. Downstairs queen bee is very uncomfortable. Large dip in the middle of mattress. Also kitchen trash can is broken and needs to be replaced.

The property itself is beautiful. The view is amazing. I love the balcony sea view. 😍
Not a private beach and doesn’t have a grill like they said. Not enough stuff to last. The stairs are deceiving in the pics. The stairs are steep

The location was great. I guess the cleanness was good considering it’s on the beach.
Too many rules…I didn’t like the idea that you could not leave the windows or the patio doors opened no longer than 15 minutes without being charged a great amount of money due to the air condition system. One of the main reasons I go to the beach is to listen to the water, especially at night. I am afraid of cats and they roam the patio at night. If I had known all the rules before booking this property, I probably wouldn’t have booked it. The beds doesn’t sleep that well. The mattresses could be better. However, I will give it a fair rating. Not excellent. We did see a few water bugs and the sewage was quite smelly after the first night. I don’t know how these issues can be fixed. If you’re looking for privacy, this is not the place for you.
