This apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It is in a lovely gated complex which was well maintained.
We had a wonderful time. The area is so nice and right next to the beach, a beautiful view and a peaceful location. Just a 10 minute walk away is the main resort of Puerto del Carmen with plenty of restaurants and bars. We liked being in a quieter location but within easy reach of everything. There is a well stocked supermarket across the road. The pool area is very clean and not busy, always plenty of sunbeds.
Alfredo is a great host, he met us to show us around the apartment and hand over the keys. He also sent us videos of how to work the washing machine/safe etc which was very helpful. He kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the usual check in time.
We could not find anything negative about this property.

The location was central and enabled us to explore the places we wished to. The pool area is lovely and not too busy, however the pool is very cold we found the sea was warmer. The property was clean and there was cleaning equipment left for us to use.
The place could do with a lick of paint there was lots of marks and cracks to the walls, however general cleaning is exceptional. None of the bedrooms have tv’s, this was unusual as it is common to have a tv in a bedroom.

Nos encantó la ubicación del piso, justo al lado de la playa y las vistas desde las terraza y las habitaciones. Muy céntrico para moverte a distintas partes de la isla. Está muy bien equipado y la piscina es un plus estupendo.
