Brenda was very helpful in answering questions and helping us book tours.
The location of the property is great, across the road from a large supermarket which is also helpful, it's a short walk to the main square.
They have 3 wifi networks, none worked in the room.
The room is very basic, single fan, small window, bathroom wall doesn't go to the ceiling. Overall though, it is good value for money.

The girl working at the reception (and everyone else) are so kind! I got help with everything-transportation, tips, food. The massage was amazing. I stayed in one double room and in a private room with a bathroom. They saved my luggage when I went to Acatenango.
You could hear people talking outside but thankfully it was a pretty quiet place so I did get some good rest there.

Staff was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. The location was great and I loved being able to get a room with a private bathroom. Also they easily helped me with a shuttle upon leaving. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot.
I don't know if it is cleaning products or what but there is a super strong artificial fragrant smell that is overwhelming in the room. It literally would wake me out of my sleep and give me headaches. It is very noisy as well. People yelling and talking. I could hear furniture moving around at night and in the morning. Oh also, there was hairs in my bed when I got there.
