Very comfortable, everything you needed, bedding and towels very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Very cosy property.
There needs to be better instructions for finding the property. There needs to be a picture of the entrance gate and the gate would benefit from a much clearer sign that is easy to spot from the road. I meant to take some pictures to put on my review for others but forgot. We purposely set off early after reading reviews saying they struggled to find the cottage so that we were looking for it in daylight.

The cottage was the perfect size for two couples - cozy living room, good sized dining room, and the hot tub had a nice view of Lake Windermere. The kitchen is missing a few key components, but had a range, oven, microwave, toaster and most importantly a cafetiere.
The dogs loved having a gated yard to run around in as well!
We were missing a little bit of information, and the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped. A few pointers:
- To lock the front door, you need to move the door handle up
- Garbage day is Tuesday; bring the bins to the front of the gate (the bins were full when we arrived, so we had to stash our garbage bags in the outbuilding for half the week)
- The kitchen is lacking in a few things. I'd recommend bringing: a good kitchen knife, mixing bowls, measuring cups / spoons if you need them, maybe some oven mitts.

Really nice cottage just outside the village of Bowness. Well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils, cafetière etc. The kitchen and bathroom both very modern. The cottage was warm and cosy throughout, plenty of towels and bed linen. Highly recommended. Hot tub was an added bonus and all set up to use.
Nothing, everything was as it should be and we didn’t want for anything on our trip.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever been in! Shower was also really modern and cozy. Loved the outdoor space with the hottub and great landscaping.
The property was very hard to find and the instructions given were not clear. My request is to update the instructions to say "if you go to GreenStile Park you have gone too far." We needed driving around in the dark for over an HOUR looking for the place and were about to give up and book a hotel for the night.
