Absolutely stunning view of lake and access to water.
Comfortable sofa and chairs.
Streaming tv and excellent internet
Large fridge freezer
Multiple x 3 easy parking spaces
Great communication with owner

Well stocked loo rolls and shower/ handgel/ shower gel
Welcome package including washing up liquid etc and tissues provided
We could bring our dog.
Lots of wardrobe space
Main bed not too bad ( we have an exceptional bed at home and a superking size so any bed will suffer in comparison)
Couldn’t be helped and were warned just before we came that there was building work next door but one. Really noisy. Huge crane removing metal pillars. Just one of those things. Someone having massive house built. Quiet after 5pm. Owners cannot do anything about it. We were prob in more than other guests too so affected us more.
It could have been cleaner. Dirt on skirting boards and hairs and dirt in corners. That wasn’t from us. Rug still we hairs on.
Lots of dead bugs behind toaster and router but it’s the time of year and hard to control I guess.
Due to all glass front it was boiling hot. Again. Exceptionally hot weather that’s caught us all out. I’d put blinds in to cut the direct sun if needed.

View of the lake is unbelievable - one of the best in the whole of the lake district.
Furniture and blankets were so comfortable and relaxing.
Very clean!
3 slight niggles however only minor:
- the sink had a slight leak underneath which we reported to the landlord
- no cloth in the kitchen to wipe up surfaces, only tea towels
- we ran out of toilet paper with no access to more (we bought our own from the shop).

The location of the property is perfect! amazing views looking straight over the lake which are framed perfectly by the large glass front to the property. Close to bowness, for shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants etc.
Situated far enough from the town center to be quiet and peaceful and close enough not to be isolated in any way.
The only thing we didn't like about this property was having to leave and go home on monday!!!!
