Good location, convenient to go to most tourist areas. There are cafes and 7-11 at the ground floor.
We wish the pillows are softer.

The location and proximity to George Town site is great! Cleanliness level is also good! And bed is comfy
There’s actually alot of missed opportunities to bring the comfort level up from a 6 to 9. Just a little investment will go a long way.

Location and clean. The place is quiet too. I love the washing machine and water dispenser. The water taste is so good. I also like clothes rack too. The facilities are very nice. They provide a lot of extra things.
The toilet was broken and I couldn’t fix that. It’s annoying me whenever I went to the toilet.

We had a wonderful stay here and the place honestly exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious and looked even better than we expected. Everything was well maintained and we felt completely at home throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for getting around Penang.
What stood out the most was the service. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. When we had some difficulty with the parking, they even took the time to check for another available parking space for us, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again the next time we are in Penang. Highly recommended!
The only downside for us was the parking. Our allocated parking was on Level 10, so there were quite a number of rounds to drive up, and some of the turns were quite narrow. The parking space itself was also a little tight for our 7-seater. It may not be much of an issue for a smaller car, but larger vehicles can be a little challenging.
That said, the host was very helpful when we mentioned it and even tried to find us an alternative space, so we really appreciated the effort.
