The place looks pretty new and easily accessible as it is in the middle of the city.
The room is a little bit small, lack of power points, and the bathroom is rather small (can improve by having a closed up shower screen).

Good location with easy grab pick up, mini mart inside, easy walk to lots of eat streets. Free luggage storage. Nice rooftop pools with great views. Great reception area with helpful staff. Good water filter, hot and cold dispenser. Good bathroom.
2 bed apartment was tiny. The double beds felt like king singles. And unfortunately was a bit dirty, more that the cleaners hadn't done a great job and there was some mess on the floor I had to clean, and the kitchen area wasn't clean. But otherwise tidy and plenty of equipment.

Banggunan cantik, staff sangat friendly & sangat membantu. Bilik bersih 👌🏼 4 dewasa dengan anak2 6 orang sesuai sangat untuk bilik yang saya ambil. 3 queens bed. Definitely will stay here again.

location was strategic.
but to return the key, you have to drive along the town. the floor was wet,
