We really enjoyed our stay at this Rehoboth Beach apartment. The space was well appointed and included many of the little “creature comforts” that made it feel more like a home than a typical rental. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing toiletries similar to what you would find in a hotel. Those small details made a difference and showed that the host put thought into the guest experience.
Overall, this property has a lot of potential. With some minor improvements to the cleaning and a little more attention to the technology/setup, this could easily become an awesome place to stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and would definitely consider staying again if those areas were addressed.
That said, the cleanliness in a few areas took away from some of the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. There were also a few technology-related issues that weren’t fully addressed during our stay and could use some attention.

The location was great for beach activities; it was close to many restaurants and the DART bus that takes you right to the beach. Accessing the unit was easy breezy, and parking was uncomplicated and easily accessible.
There was a pervasive moldy/mildew/humid smell throughout the unit, but especially in the master bathroom. The host provided an air purifier that pretty much had to be on 24 hours per day to combat the smell. As a person with a sensitive respiratory system, this caused issues with my breathing and was generally uncomfortable for all guests.
The bedding and towels could use a refresh as the pillows were completely flat and the towels were poor quality.

A little noisy - but expected it as Rehoboth in peak season has a lot of traffic.

The location was perfect, right near great restaurants and the Tanger Outlets.
We had a nice time at the Condo, however it smelled like a dog or cat had sprayed themselves somewhere in the bathroom and large bedroom on the carpet area and it was a strong smell.
I also left my cellphone charger in the wall by the bed by the blue light, is it possible to have this mailed to me.
