A lovely hotel in a stunning location. The room was beautiful, perfectly clean and an amazing view! The restaurant was also excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room 417 was lovely. Very roomy and quiet.
Please, please, please get rid of the garish yellow mugs they are horrendous. In a hotel of this caliber they are totally unacceptable. Many older people find them too heavy and the colour is offensive.
We had dinner on our second evening and it was delicious. Three of our party had the fish and chips and they all agreed that they were delicious. I had the prawns and the quinoa and roast squash from the starter menu for my main course and it was absolutely delicious. I have to give a great big shout out to Troy, our wonderful waiter, he was so delightful, knowledgeable and funny. It was a delight to be served by him. Please pass on our thanks to him.
Breakfast was too expensive for what it was. I ordered veggie sausage but what arrived were vegetable croquettes, these are not veggie sausage. I couldn't eat them, they were tasteless. The second day I ordered poached egg and it was not properly cooked! It definitely put me off having anything else. My husbands poached egg was the same. £60 for breakfast that couldn't be eaten was definitely a big, big let down. I would suggest skipping breakfast here and go a walk along the marina where you can buy breakfast in one of the nice cafes.

Nice location over looking the harbour
Paid for a room with a balcony, no chair or table out there so pointless booking it. The walls need repainting and the glass doors were filthy.
