Las vistas desde la terraza son impresionantes. La casa es muy acogedora; se siente como un hogar. Está bien equipada. Los muebles y la decoración son modernos. El armario del dormitorio es muy grande. Hay mucha tranquilidad, ningún ruido nocturno.

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich mitten im Häuser-Gewimmel, ist aber trotzdem ruhig.
Die Dachterrasse hat eine grandiose Aussicht auf Teide, Meer und Teno-Gebirge!
Toll sind die automatisch angehenden Nachtlichter im Flur und auf der Treppe; Auch die Hitze und Licht anhaltenden Rollos im Schlafzimmer und Treppenhaus sind klasse.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett hat kein Fenster und somit auch keine Möglichkeit des direkten Lüftens; Da möchten wir nicht schlafen!
In der Küche (mit modernerem Induktionsherd!) fehlen einige Kleinigkeiten, die das Kochen erleichtern:
Ein einfaches Schneidebrett, Eierbecher und ein Tablett zum Transport von Geschirr und Co. auf die Dachterrasse.
Die merkwürdige Situation mit den zwei Türen im Eingangsbereich und zum Innenhof der Nachbarin wurde hier ja schon thematisiert.

The host was nice and very responsive to emails. They left a present for my daughter there, very kind. Thank You
The apartment is cold. Because of this the comfort level goes down with 50%. With a 2 years old,17-18 degrees are not very comfortable. Also the gap in the living room for ventilation on the celling was producing huge amount of wind as the local area is mostly windy.
