The proximity to the station and how easy the check-in and check-out process was.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the couch was quite dirty and had a lot of dust.

We really loved the apartment, it was cozy, modern, it was clean and perfect for our 2 nights stay. The communciation with the owners is incredible, quick and very friendly. We even got a full refund when we couldn't park at the private parking anymore. If we were to be in the neighbourhood again, we would definitely book here again!!

The room although small is comfortable and has all the modern amenities, even a washing machine which always handy when staying longer than 2 -3 days. The private garden in front is lovely although the weather prevented using it. Parking was on the street was no problem as the complex was very sparsely occupied. The apartment is close to the highway and the large Leidschendam shopping center.
My biggest complaint is the very loud irritating noise of the trams passing close by from early in de morning until late at nights about every 2-4 minutes. I would suggest that this should be included in the description of the site as this can be prohibitive for some people. Another very disturbing noise is the closing of the apartment doors which need a very strong pull to properly close. So you are presenting with a loud bang when people come home. The TV did not offer anything useful unless one has a Netflix or something like that subscription. Even getting Dutch TV senders was not successful. Internet was barely sufficient taken what is acceptable in 2026. The two beds were ok, but very close to the walls so getting in and out required some gymnastics.
