It's a lovely hotel, with friendly staff and a spacious peaceful room. It's about 20mins bus ride from Delft Central, then a few minutes walk from the petrol station. The restaurant in the hotel is now open, so I was worried I would smell stale food in my room, but nothing at all, which was a relief. My friend & I ate there once, a bit pricey but the food was quite good, with decent portion sizes. There aren't many places to eat near by (apart from McDonalds). Didn't have breakfast, because it was too expensive, so went to Delft for more choice. There is a great wooded area to go for a walk, and also (randomly) a beach, and close to my parkrun. I would stay there again.....
In order to use the shower, you have to step into the bathtub. Just be careful with the excess water, as it can be slippery.

Lovely large studio. Got a little hot at end of day but Air con sorted fairly quickly. Comfortable bed and quiet. Staff on reception helpful.
Staff used the lift during busy spells and appeared not to notice guests. One supervisor was clearly giving out instructions as our lift was delayed as this was done. Some of the decor is looking tired. Pastries at breakfast stale

Pros:
- Although not 60 m², the room was still spacious and comfortable.
- Small kitchen in the room, which was very convenient.
- Both a shower and a bathtub — a great bonus.
- Coffee machine in the room.
- Large and comfortable bed.
- Movable TV, which was a nice touch.
- Good location.
- Free parking.
Cons:
- The breakfast selection and overall quality were very limited and below expectations.
- Following this booking (via Booking.com), my personal data appears to have been leaked. I was contacted twice by scammers who had access to my name, booking details, email address, home address, and phone number. This is extremely concerning.
- The parking area is very narrow and becomes quite challenging in the afternoon when it is full.
- I was explicitly promised that the invoice could be split (which was a deal breaker for me). However, after check-out I was informed that this was not possible.
- The cleaning staff member who approached us at 10:00 regarding check-out was not able to communicate in English or Dutch and did not do so in a particularly friendly manner (check-out is at 11:00!).
- Due to a nearby “race planet”, there were multiple street racers driving around in the evenings and at night with very loud exhausts.
- The room was advertised as 60 m², but it was definitely closer to 40 m².
- City tax was charged separately. On Booking.com, the price was stated as including all taxes and fees, yet the city tax was excluded, resulting in an additional €46 charge.
